The problem
AI can summarize interviews, run surveys, and turn out reports in minutes. But none of that tells you what to build, what to say, or where to focus. And that’s the part that actually moves your business.
You’ve got past studies, dashboards, and reports, maybe years of them, but no clear answer on what to actually do next. The insights are there; the plan isn’t.
People aren’t agreed on what you’re really trying to figure out, or on what past research actually told you. Everyone’s working from a different understanding of the problem.
You’re shipping features, launching campaigns, and making big bets without a clear read on what your customers actually need, or what will land.
What we do
Not just a deck. Not just a recommendation. A clear path from insight to market.
Figure out what to build, who it’s for, and how to launch it, so you can move forward with confidence instead of second-guessing.
What you get
Nail what you say and who you say it to, so the right people immediately get why you matter.
What you get
Bring AI into how your team learns about customers, the smart way, without losing the human judgment that makes it useful.
What you get
The AI differentiator
Every team is getting faster at gathering insights. The differentiator isn’t speed. It’s having someone who understands your business, your customer, and your market well enough to turn information into the right product, the right message, for the right audience.
We’re not anti-AI. We help teams use it wisely: automate what should be automated, protect what still needs a human, and build systems that make both work together.
Synthesize large data sets, transcribe interviews, draft surveys, surface patterns at scale, accelerate reporting.
Stakeholder alignment, strategic judgment, understanding context, knowing what to build and why, making the call when the data is ambiguous.
About
15+ years leading research and strategy from the inside at Mozilla, ActBlue, Dell, and NRG Energy. She’s built research functions from scratch, aligned product and marketing leadership around hard calls, and turned customer insight into go-to-market plans that actually shipped.
She’s been the in-house researcher, the agency partner, and the external advisor. She knows the difference between research that changes a decision and research that becomes a PDF nobody opens.
She founded Futuresight to bring that same strategic mindset and hands-on rigor to teams that want senior-level research without adding full-time headcount or slowing things down.

Partnered with an early-stage SaaS company to close the product, positioning, and go-to-market gaps between a 60%-built product and a launch-ready pilot.
